PCHelpline is an outsourcing company located in Victoria, BC, Canada. Operating 24/7, PCHelpline approached WireDen to provide around the clock support for critical systems. In addition to after hours support, we provide automated daily backups, maintenance for multiple Windows, Linux and FreeBSD servers. Part of this strategy includes maintaining a high availability through failover servers and redundant network connections allowing for maximum uptime.

High Availability

Utilizing redundant servers we provide automatic failover capability in the event of hardware failure, system maintenance, or other detrimental situations. Access to the internet is maintained through the utilization of multiple ISPs and redundant network hardware. Should one connection fail, traffic will seamlessly route through a backup connection.

Server Maintenance

We provide regular maintenance and security patches that protect against server failure, security vulnerabilities, software bugs, and zero day exploits.

Daily Backups

We setup automated backups during non-peak hours to protect against any potential data loss. Backups are stored on site in isolated secure storage as well as off site locations.
